The Centenary Centre is Newcastle’s largest antique centre offering a wide range of antique collectibles. As well as antique collectible art, our customers marvel at our extensive range of vintage jewellery. We also have a desirable range of antique collectible furniture for use as decorator pieces or alternatively to be used in the manner they were originally intended. Complementing our antique collectible items is our Old Grocery Store Museum and our delectable Cafe. The museum displays a marvellous range of antique collectible items from the full service grocery days of times gone by. Our cafe is nestled comfortably under the awnings of this grocery shop and allows diners to enjoy a leisurely browse of the collectible items of that forgotten era.
With over 25 Shops under the one roof, The Centenary Centre provides customers a wide selection of antique collectible items including furniture, art, ceramics, deco, retro, jewellery, glass, militaria, linen, toys, ephemera, tools, books and a huge variety of collectables from the 1780’s to the 1980’s. Our antique collectibles are displayed in such a way that browsing is encouraged and provides a delightful way to spend a few hours.

Antique collectible tools are located in our Tool Corner. This selection of antique collectible garden and carpentary tools provides a welcome bonanza for even the most reluctant 'outdoors' customer who does not feel inclined to peruse the more traditional displays of antique collectible items.
Located just behind the Crowne Plaza Hotel on the Harbour Foreshore in the heart of Newcastle, this ‘antique collectible paradise’ is open 7 days from 10am until 5pm. In fact it is very easy to access Newcastle for your antique collectible needs. We are an easy drive by car being just 2 hours by road up the F3 from Sydney which gives you the opportunity to purchase many antique cllectibles and safely return home. However you can also easily transport yourself and your purchases of your antique collectibles to Newcastle by bus. The Civic Railway Station is located just around the corner from The Centenary Centre which also makes it an ideal way to access your antique collectibles in The Centenary Centre. Although you may need to organise for separate postage arrangements for large antique collectible purchases, Newcastle also has an airport at Williamtown just 25 minutes north of the city centre.
